Sr Executive - HR ( Cluster HR Role)Mumbai  /Gujrat)   Walk-Inn for Gujrat Position Intrested Candidates can reach  Below mentioned address on  5 and 8 August 2017   Max Division - Landmark Group 2nd Floor,Parekh Prints Building, Italian Compound, Dr. Ambedkar Chowk, Goregaon-Mulund Link Road, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400 063 Office Mob: 7400047909 Venkatesh.gm@landmarkgroup.in     Venue :- For Gujrat Cluster HR : Position Intrested Candidates can reach  Below mentioned address on  5 and 8 August 2017 Office Mob: 7400047909 Venkatesh.gm@landmarkgroup.in Max Fashion Store GulMohar Mall Iskon ,Satellite Road Ahmedabad     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment and Induction Understand and track the budgeted versus actual manpower budgets for the financial year and highlight deviations Coordinate with the Operations team to close all open positions at the stores as per the TAT Coordinate with consultants, institutes and other sources to close positions Actively source profiles from the market for the stores Network and visit competition and similar businesses to identify talent Conduct interviews for all relevant store positions Drive the referral program at stores Communicate recruitment relevant updates to all concerned functions Maintain a candidate database for current and future requirements Hire employees in the people apps as per timelines Ensure a buddy is assigned to every new joinee and communicate the same to the new joinee as well as the buddy Complete the required induction formalities for the new joinee as per defined timelines Coordinate with the training team and ensure all store staff attend the induction Collect required documents from employees and file the same at Regional Office with a copy at the stores Performance Management System Track and ensure confirmation of employees is completed as per the guidelines Follow up and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure goal setting, pitstop and LDS is completed for the stores as per the timelines Participate in atleast 1 LDS conversation for every role per store to ensure process adherence Complete Talent Segmentation Process for eligible employees as per the calendar Share the development plans (from the above process) with the participants in collaboration with the Operations and Training team Monitor and review implementation of development activities along with the Training team Employee Engagement Understand and orient the Operations team on the engagement process note Implement employee engagement and R&R calendar activities as per the guidelines received from Corporate Office Undertake regular store visits to understand employee queries and grievances and address the same Ensure adherence to, audit and review of Career Passport (CP) Coordinate with & support Operations and training team on developmental programs for all employees at the store based on CP Understand the ATR and provide inputs for actions to be taken to address issues raised in ATR as per defined timelines Interact with the store team regularly (both at a formal and informal level) to understand the pulse of the employees HR Operations (Attendance, Leave Management, Transfers and Payroll) Submit payroll data to RO as per the defined timelines Maintain employee records & personal files as per the defined process Initiate transfer process as per the defined process Send the F&F documents of resigned and absconding cases to RO as per timelines Conduct exit interviews for store employees as per guidelines Ensure all stores have biometric machines , attendance of employees is regularised and authorised on a weekly basis and all required attendance reports are generated as per timelines Provide inputs and ensure payouts relating to business performance linked pay (PLP) are made Statutory Compliance Ensure all employees are covered under statutory benefits Ensure all eligible employees have ESIC cards Ensure all statutory records, licenses and abstracts are maintained at stores Coordinate with the consultants for any pending licenses and abstracts Employee Welfare Ensure o uniform requisition is sent to the CO as per the timelines o all the staff have received ID Cards o all eligible employees at store have mediclaim cards o all mediclaim reimbursements are processed as per defined timelines o all employees receive their uniforms on time as per the process o billing of all uniforms given to employees is complete Update and submit uniform tracker Ensure all staff rooms have basic facilities and are used by staff only Audit and MIS Prepare, analyse and submit all required store MIS reports as per timelines Audit employee data in people apps Audit CP, Statutory Compliance & employee files as per guidelines given by RO and CO Handle audits and resolve issues raised Follow HR checklist during store visits and submit the same to the Regional HR Manager   Candidates Should be from Retail Industry and Candidate who can join us at short Notice will be preferable.
