Job Title : HR Executive Level: Senior Executive Reports to: HR Manager, Plant Manager Organisation Unit / Location: Choladi Factory (Tamil Nadu) Main Purpose of Job Responsible for day to day Employee Relations activities and contributes to the development of the organisation by driving peoples in order to improve quality of people and meet company's goals as a whole Main Responsibilities HR Objectives: Implement effective HR processes in line with business requirements and company policy Industrial Relations: Maintain a harmonious Industrial Relations climate through various employee engagement initiatives. Dealing/Negotiating with unions/workmen bodies Performance Management: Implement Performance Management System and complete ownership of appraisal system of Workmen. Coordinates and ensures meaningful staff review meetings.  Corporate Affairs: Liaise with State/ Central and other statutory authorities on issues relating to factory operations including matters pertaining to licences / permits/ consents etc. Represent the company in various Trades / Commerce / Industry & Government bodies. Identify & monitor public issues /external organization which affect the reputation or operation of the company. Interaction with Professional / Educational Institutes. Coordination with Media / Press. Legal: Ensure compliance to the various statutory legislations applicable to the factory as well as internal requirements e.g. CARE audit. Responsible for handling court cases related to company affairs and interaction/follow up with company lawyers. Recruitment: Recruit for vacancies / new jobs based on organizational requirements, monitor outsourcing of work. Corporate Social Responsibility: To execute various Nestle community projects Employee Communication: Driving all Communication Exercises, Initiating the Department Heads Meeting, Staff communication meetings etc. General Administration: Responsible for guesthouse management, factory security & safety, landscaping, Expatriate permits/documents and related affairs. Ensures that he/she adheres to the Nestle India Charter (Nestle India Policy on supply and distribution of Infant Milk Substitutes and Infant Foods in India).He/she must bear in mind that the promotion and protection of Breast Feeding is important for the infants health. He/she is expected to refresh his/her knowledge on the Indian Charter (Nestle India policy on supply and distribution of Infant Milk Substitutes and Infant Foods in India) on a periodic basis.
